"And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, 'How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!” Romans 10:15
Our story
It started at Saddleback College — and it's just the beginning
Good News Prayer Club didn't start with a big plan or a budget. It started with two people walking the campus of Saddleback College, stopping to talk with students, and believing that God shows up when we simply show up first.
The beginning
Walk & Talk Ministry — Saddleback College
It started simply and humbly: walking the campus of Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, approaching students, starting conversations, and offering prayer. No building, no budget, no program — just presence, faith, and willing feet.

The growth
Students started coming to us
Word spread. Students who had been prayed for told their friends. What began as two people walking became a recognizable presence on campus — a place students knew they could come to when they needed prayer, a listening ear, or someone to point them toward hope.
Today — Good News Prayer Club
A hub for students on campus
Walk & Talk has grown into Good News Prayer Club — a dedicated hub at Saddleback College where students come for prayer, encouragement, and connection to Jesus. Same heart. Deeper roots. Bigger vision.

The vision
Every OC community college campus
Orange County has over a dozen community colleges. Thousands of students are walking those campuses right now with no one to pray for them, no one to point them to Jesus. We want to change that — one campus at a time.
"We are not waiting for students to come to us. We go to them — to the campus, to the quad, to the places where life actually happens. Walk & Talk started at Saddleback College and it taught us something: when you simply show up, God shows up. Every single time."
